Summary

This early-stage trial tests the safety of a drug called CRIS100 in 5 adults with a recent spinal cord injury in the middle-to-lower back. Participants receive a single dose injected into the injury site within 72 hours of the accident. The study monitors side effects and checks if the drug helps improve nerve function.
