Summary
This study tested two different movement training approaches to see which one better improves agility, balance, and endurance in cricket players. Researchers worked with 42 male cricket players in Pakistan, dividing them into two groups that practiced either Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization exercises or the Feldenkrais method. The goal was to find out which training method helps athletes move more efficiently and perform better on the field.
