NCT ID NCT07283835

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called cretostimogene in people with a type of bladder cancer that did not get better with standard therapy (BCG). The goal is to see if the drug can make tumors disappear and keep them from coming back. About 16 adults with high-risk, non-muscle invasive bladder cancer will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor safety and how long any response lasts.
