Summary

This study looked at two ways to lift the sinus floor to make room for dental implants in people with low bone height (3-5 mm). Fourteen healthy adults received implants using either a special drill (Densah bur) or a traditional side-window technique. The researchers measured pain, swelling, and implant stability over 12 months to see which method worked better.
