Summary

This study compares two fun, activity-based approaches to help children with developmental delays. Researchers are testing whether creative movement (like dance and yoga) or structured play (like obstacle courses and building) works better to improve motor skills, balance, and quality of life. The trial involves 28 children aged 5-8 who will participate in twice-weekly sessions for 8 weeks.
