Summary
This study tested whether taking creatine supplements for four weeks improves muscle strength, body composition, and creatine levels in people who follow a vegan diet. Twenty physically active vegans aged 18-40 took part. The goal was to see if creatine, which is normally found in meat, can help vegans who may have lower natural creatine levels.
