Summary
This study is creating a large database of medical information from 3,100 children with craniofacial disorders (like certain skull or face birth defects). The goal is to better understand why these conditions vary so much from person to person, which will help doctors make more accurate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans. Participants provide medical data and samples, but this study does not test any new treatments.
