Can a cranberry pill reduce bathroom trips?
NCT ID NCT07393126
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily cranberry supplement can help reduce how often healthy Japanese adults need to urinate during the day. 76 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo pill for eight weeks and answer questionnaires about their bladder symptoms and quality of life. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the supplement makes a difference.
