Cranberry pills tested for bathroom breaks in new study

Summary

This study tests whether a cranberry supplement can reduce how often healthy Japanese adults need to urinate during the day. About 76 people will take either the supplement or a placebo pill daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will track changes in urinary frequency and quality of life using questionnaires.
