Summary

This study tests three different antibiotic combinations to treat a dangerous, drug-resistant infection (CRAB) in intensive care patients. About 108 adults who had surgery and are now in the ICU with a CRAB infection will be randomly assigned to one of three combos. The goal is to find which mix clears the infection fastest, improves survival, and reduces hospital stays.
