New drug enters human testing for advanced cancers
NCT ID NCT07335497
Summary
This early-stage study aims to find a safe and effective dose of a new drug called CR-001 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread. Researchers will test different dose levels in about 290 participants with various cancers to see how the body handles the drug and if it shows signs of fighting the cancer. The main goal is to understand the side effects and determine the best dose for future studies.
