Summary

This study tests a combination of two chemotherapy drugs (CPX-351) plus a targeted antibody (gemtuzumab ozogamicin) in about 50 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and effective at shrinking or eliminating cancer cells. Participants receive the drugs in the hospital and are monitored for side effects and response.
