Summary

This early-phase study tests a chemotherapy drug combo (CPX-351) in about 38 adults with high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia that came back or didn't respond to standard treatment. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also see if the drug helps shrink or control the cancer.
