First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tested whether using a serious video game helps schoolchildren learn how to perform chest compressions for CPR. Over 300 students in Brazil participated, and researchers measured how deep their compressions were and how much they learned from the game. The goal was to see if gamification makes CPR training more effective for different age groups.
