Summary
This study aimed to understand how many people in France had been infected with COVID-19 by testing blood samples from nearly 100,000 participants. It also looked at how social factors, health behaviors, and preventive measures affected infection rates. The goal was to gather knowledge to help guide public health responses, not to test a treatment.
