Scientists study why most people beat COVID-19 easily
NCT ID NCT04703114
Summary
This study aimed to understand how the immune system fights off COVID-19 in people who have few or no symptoms. Researchers followed 57 adults with mild or asymptomatic infections to measure their immune responses and track how quickly they cleared the virus from their bodies. The goal was to identify the natural defenses that prevent severe illness, which could help develop better treatments.
