Summary
This study tested a new COVID-19 booster vaccine (called PHH-1V81) to see if it is as safe and effective at creating an immune response as an already approved Pfizer booster. About 913 adults who had already received their initial COVID-19 vaccines and at least one booster participated. Researchers compared the new vaccine against the Pfizer Omicron XBB.1.5 booster and followed participants for six months.
