Can a chat during pregnancy boost Post-Birth birth control use?
NCT ID NCT06521138
Summary
This study tested whether motivational counseling sessions during and after pregnancy could help women feel more confident about using birth control and actually use it after giving birth. Researchers worked with 72 pregnant women, giving half of them special counseling talks in addition to their regular care. The goal was to see if this support helped women plan for healthy spacing between pregnancies by using effective contraception.
