Talking it out: can counseling curb unplanned pregnancies?
NCT ID NCT07184229
Summary
This study tests whether a special counseling approach can encourage women using less reliable birth control methods to switch to more effective modern options. Researchers will work with 120 women in Turkey who currently use traditional methods like withdrawal. The goal is to see if supportive conversations improve their attitudes and plans toward using more reliable contraception, which could help prevent unintended pregnancies.
