Summary
This study tested if a special type of supportive counseling could help people with diabetic foot ulcers. 73 participants were randomly assigned to receive either this counseling plus standard education or just standard education. The goal was to see if the counseling improved how well people followed their treatment, their confidence in caring for their feet, and their overall satisfaction.
