First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at two treatments for people with a long-term cough that hasn't gotten better with usual care. One treatment teaches special techniques to stop coughing, and the other adds a natural substance from chili peppers to reduce cough sensitivity. The goal is to see if these treatments can make people less sensitive to cough triggers and improve their quality of life. About 135 adults will take part.
