New study aims to stop coughing during anesthesia

Summary

This study looks at whether giving Tegilidine or Sufentanil before general anesthesia can reduce coughing when a breathing tube is placed. About 190 adults having planned surgery will take part. The main goal is to see how many people cough within two minutes of receiving the drug.
