Study reveals link between exercise, cough power, and balance in young people
NCT ID NCT06561776
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at 51 young adults to see if their physical activity level is related to how strong their cough is and how well they can balance. Participants answered a questionnaire about their activity and used a device to measure cough strength. The goal was to understand these connections better, especially after events like the COVID-19 pandemic and earthquakes that have made many young people less active.
