Summary
This study aims to compare the costs and long-term results of two different surgical approaches for repairing aorto-iliac aneurysms (bulges in major blood vessels). Researchers will follow 300 patients who have already received either traditional open surgery or newer minimally invasive procedures. The goal is to understand which approach provides better value by balancing treatment effectiveness with healthcare costs.
