First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests a tiny, lab-grown corneal implant (CorVision®) designed to improve near vision in adults with presbyopia, the age-related difficulty seeing up close. About 110 participants aged 40–65 will receive the implant through a minimally invasive laser procedure and be followed for one year. The goal is to see if the implant is safe and helps at least 65% of eyes achieve good near vision without glasses.
