Summary

This study looked at whether an 8-week program of corrective exercises could improve knee alignment and how players land from jumps in 23 female volleyball players aged 14-17. The goal was to see if these exercises could help prevent knee injuries. Players were split into two groups: one did the exercises plus their regular training, the other just regular training.
