Summary

This study tests a small device placed in a heart vein to lower pressure inside the heart during exercise. It is for people with heart failure whose heart pumps normally but is stiff, and who also have tiny blood vessel problems. The goal is to see if the device helps them breathe easier and feel better. About 35 adults will take part at Mayo Clinic.
