Heart study maps hidden cause of chest pain
NCT ID NCT05805462
Summary
This registry aims to better understand coronary microvascular disease, a condition affecting the smallest blood vessels in the heart. Researchers are following 671 patients with chest pain but clear main arteries to see how their small vessel function relates to symptoms and future heart problems. Participants complete questionnaires about their chest pain and quality of life at the start, 6 months, and 1 year, with optional follow-up for up to 5 years.
