Summary
This trial tests whether implanting a fresh, donated corneal lenticule into the eye can reshape the cornea and reduce irregular astigmatism in people who have already had a full cornea transplant. The goal is to improve visual acuity and stabilize the cornea's shape. Twenty-four participants with irregular astigmatism and low vision will receive the implant using a minimally invasive SMILE surgery technique.
