Summary

This study is testing whether a single injection called AURN001 can improve vision in adults with corneal swelling caused by a failing inner layer of the cornea. Researchers will compare the injection to a placebo in 120 participants to see if it helps them see letters on an eye chart better. The main goal is to see if people gain at least three lines of vision on the chart six months after treatment.
