Summary
This clinical trial tested whether a single injection of AURN001 could safely improve vision in people with corneal edema, a condition where the clear front of the eye swells and clouds vision. The study involved 97 participants who received different doses of the treatment, which contains specialized cells, to see which worked best. Researchers measured changes in vision clarity and corneal thickness over six months to determine effectiveness.
