First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study compares a robotic system called CORI to traditional tools for total knee replacement. About 140 people needing knee surgery will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to see if the robot helps place the new knee more accurately, which could lead to better function and less pain.
