Summary

This study looks at how bone density changes around a new hip implant (CoreHip) in 40 adults aged 35-85 with hip arthritis. Participants will get a standard hip replacement and then have DEXA scans to measure bone changes over 24 months. The goal is to see if the implant's design helps keep the bone healthy.
