New study tests if core exercises beat traditional rehab for teen scoliosis
NCT ID NCT07363226
Summary
This study aims to find out if core stabilization exercises work better than traditional rehabilitation exercises for teenagers with idiopathic scoliosis. It will involve 60 female teens, aged 11-18, who will be randomly assigned to one of the two exercise programs. Researchers will measure changes in spinal curvature, posture, and quality of life to see which approach is more effective.
