Summary

This study looked at whether tai chi or core stability exercises improve balance more in people who had colorectal surgery. Sixty adults aged 25 to 40 took part, starting exercises 10 days after surgery. Both groups also did normal physical therapy. The goal was to see which exercise helps patients regain balance and reduce pain faster.
