Stronger core, healthier shoulders? study targets pain in manual laborers
NCT ID NCT07237789
Summary
This study aims to see if training the core muscles can help improve shoulder function and reduce pain in manual workers who have shoulder impingement syndrome. It will enroll 40 workers who perform repetitive, heavy tasks with their hands and arms. Researchers will measure if specific core stability exercises lead to better shoulder mobility and less disability compared to standard care.
