Summary
This study looked at whether adding core exercises to regular football practice helps teenage players fight fatigue, improve balance, and boost performance. Forty male players aged 14-18 from a football club took part. Half did an 8-week core training program plus their usual training, while the other half only did their usual training. The goal was to see if core training could reduce tiredness and lower injury risk.
