Can a Tablet-Based training tool make future nurses better at assessing pain?
NCT ID NCT07266870
Summary
This study tested whether a new digital training tool called CORE could improve nursing students' knowledge and attitudes about pain assessment. Senior nursing students were split into two groups: one used the CORE tool with interactive case scenarios on a tablet, while the other received standard training. Researchers measured changes in the students' test scores and attitudes immediately after training and two weeks later to see if the new tool helped them learn and remember better.
