Summary
This study looks at whether core stability exercises can improve endurance, balance, and movement in healthy adult soccer players. About 28 players will either do core exercises plus regular training or just regular training for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in core endurance, lower limb function, and dynamic balance.
