First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding pelvic clock exercises to core stability training helps new mothers with sacroiliac joint pain. Fifty women who had vaginal deliveries and have significant pain will be split into two groups. One group does core exercises plus pelvic clock moves, the other does core exercises alone. Over 8 weeks, researchers will measure changes in pain, disability, and quality of life.
