Summary

This study looks at whether adding core muscle exercises to regular training helps amateur soccer players jump higher, run faster, change direction more quickly, keep better balance, and shoot harder. About 40 licensed players aged 18-35 will take part. The goal is to see if a stronger core improves key skills on the field.
