Could strengthening your core ease your neck pain?
NCT ID NCT07365917
Summary
This study is testing whether adding core stabilization exercises to standard physical therapy helps adults with cervical radiculopathy—a condition causing neck pain that radiates into the arm. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving standard therapy alone, and another receiving standard therapy plus core exercises. They will measure changes in head posture, neck pain, and daily function to see if the extra exercises provide additional benefit.
