Summary

This study looks at whether adding core (trunk) exercises to a standard knee exercise program can improve symptoms and daily function in women with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare two groups of 40 women aged 40-65 with moderate knee OA. The goal is to see if stronger core muscles reduce joint stress and ease pain.
