Can strengthening your core fix flat feet?
NCT ID NCT07140861
Summary
This study is testing whether adding core stability exercises to standard physical therapy can improve foot arch height and balance in adults with flexible flat feet. It will involve 40 participants, aged 18-39, who will be randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus core exercises for six weeks. The goal is to see if this combined approach leads to better outcomes than traditional treatment.
