Can a quick core workout sharpen your aim?
NCT ID NCT07338760
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a single session of core strengthening exercises to a regular warm-up routine can immediately improve balance and upper body performance in competitive archers. Researchers will measure 30 licensed archers' balance, reaction time, grip strength, and shooting performance before and after the exercises. The goal is to see if these exercises could be a useful warm-up strategy to help archers perform better and potentially reduce injury risk.
