Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week program of core strengthening exercises could improve balance and trunk muscle endurance. It compared 15 people who had ACL knee surgery with 15 healthy people, with both groups doing the same supervised exercises twice a week. The goal was to see if this specific training helps recovery after surgery.
