Summary
This study aims to find out if a specific combination of two exercises (Dead Bug and Double Straight Leg Raises) works better than standard abdominal stretches for improving core muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and reducing waist size. It involves 50 healthy young adults who don't regularly exercise. Participants are randomly assigned to follow one of the two exercise routines three times a week for six weeks to see which is more effective.
