Summary
This study tests a procedure called cordotomy for people with advanced cancer who have severe pain that is not controlled by usual treatments. A needle is guided by CT scans to the spinal cord to reduce pain signals. The goal is to see if this procedure can lower pain intensity and improve daily life.
