Summary
This study aims to see if a new coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplement is absorbed better than a standard one. Twenty-four healthy adults will take both products on separate days, and their blood will be tested over 24 hours. The goal is to find out which product raises CoQ10 levels more effectively.
