Summary
This study compares two different coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplements to see which one is absorbed better into the blood. About 24 healthy adults will take each supplement on separate days, and their blood will be tested over 24 hours. The goal is to find out if a new formula leads to higher CoQ10 levels than the standard version.
