NCT ID NCT07406048
Summary
This study aims to see how well a triple-combination inhaler (Trimbow®) works for adults with severe COPD in real-world Brazilian clinics. It will follow about 400 patients for 6 months to measure changes in their breathing symptoms, lung function, and quality of life. The study is observational, meaning patients receive the inhaler as part of their normal care, and researchers track their progress during regular doctor visits.
